The port of Naples has three main points: Molo Beverello for hydrofoils and fast ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida and Sorrento; Calata Porta di Massa for slower ferries; and the Stazione Marittima for cruise ships. The three points of the port
Tell me in your request where you are arriving from or departing to: I will wait at the right exit, so you don’t have to cross the port with your luggage.
- Molo Beverello: hydrofoils and fast ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida and, in season, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. It is in front of the Maschio Angioino castle.
- Calata Porta di Massa: slower ferries, including car ferries, mainly to Ischia, Procida and Capri. It is a few hundred metres from Beverello.
- Stazione Marittima: the cruise ship terminal, on the Molo Angioino pier.
From the islands to the airport, on the same day
The most common case: last day on Capri or Ischia, hydrofoil to Naples and then a flight. From Beverello to the airport takes about 20 minutes without traffic, but traffic in central Naples is unpredictable: always leave a good margin between the hydrofoil’s arrival and your flight.

Cruise passengers: a day ashore
If you arrive on a cruise and have a day in Naples, you can spend it at Pompeii, at Herculaneum and Vesuvius, on the Amalfi Coast or on a driving tour of Naples. I plan the return to the ship with time to spare, because the ship won’t wait.

Which pier do the hydrofoils to Capri leave from?
From Molo Beverello. Some slower ferries leave from Calata Porta di Massa instead: check your ticket.
How long does it take from Naples port to the airport?
About 20 minutes without traffic. At rush hour it can be twice that: leave a margin.
Do you do excursions for cruise passengers?
